    What a lovely welcome we received on arrival. This lovely guest house is situated up a lovely drive with plenty of parking and beautiful gardens. The bedroom was lovely and clean. Very spacious with an ensuite. We had a great nights sleep in a comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely. Eileen was very accommodating to my fussy needs. The guest house is located close to the beautiful little town of Builth wells. Where there was plenty of choice of places to eat and drink. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful place. Thank you Eileen and Rob xxx
